Global Marketing Advisors is led by Andrew F. Flores, CEcD. In his more than 29 year career as a professional economic developer, Mr. Flores has served as Executive Director of the Louisiana Office of Commerce and Industry; Vice President for International Business Development for the Dallas Partnership; President of the Greater Tucson Economic Council; Director of Business and Industrial Development for the West Virginia Development Office; and Director of International Trade and Investment for the Virginia Economic Development Partnership (VEDP).

He has also served as Director, Special Projects and Education for the VEDP. In this capacity, he handled special projects at the direction of the Governor, Secretary of Commerce and Trade and the Executive Director, VEDP. This included development of VEDP training programs for National and International Business Development staff and he served as International Protocol Officer for VEDP. Additionally, he was responsible for International Trade Education, Virginia’s Sister State relationships and Foreign Embassy Relations.

Mr. Flores is a Certified Economic Developer (CEcD), as designated by the International Economic Development Council (IEDC), the preeminent economic development organization in North America. Within the IEDC, he is a member of the International Committee and in IEDC's predecessor organization, the American Economic Development Council, he directed its International Section for three consecutive years.

John E. Snow, Vice President, Real Estate, has more than 25 years of experience in commercial and industrial real estate.  His background, which required extensive domestic and international travel, includes work in architecture, engineering, construction and commercial development.  John was Manager of Facilities and Construction then Manager of Corporate Real Estate for Ethyl Corporation until he left to become Director of Corporate Real Estate for First Colony Life Insurance Company.  He also served as Real Estate Consultant to General Electric Financial Assurance Company.
